RETURNS & LATE RETURN FEE POLICY

When returning, place your rental back in the original suit bag.
If dropping back, please place your rental in the garden box (to the right) at The Rental Studio address.
Please return your item on the last day of your rental.
Late returns incur a €30 fee for the first day, and €50 per day thereafter.
In the event of an outright loss of a rental, you will be charged the full retail price.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the rental start date are non-refundable and will incur the full cost of the rental.

For rentals booked within 48 hours of the start date:

You agree that if any part of the product is permanently damaged, you are fully responsible for the cost of repair (handled by The Rental Studio).
You may also be liable for any or all replacement costs of the item.
These costs may be charged to your credit card.
Once the full retail cost is paid, you will have the option to keep the product.

Dry cleaning is included in the rental price.
Do not attempt to clean the item yourself, as certain fabrics require specialist care handled by professional cleaners.
If your rental becomes stained or damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible.
You agree not to iron the garment or use safety pins, as these may cause damage.
You must ensure all fake tan is completely dry before wearing the garment.
Do not spray perfume directly onto the item, as this may cause discoloration.
