RETURNS & LATE RETURN FEE POLICY
- When returning, place your rental back in the original suit bag.
- If dropping back, please place your rental in the garden box (to the right) at The Rental Studio address.
- Please return your item on the last day of your rental.
- Late returns incur a €30 fee for the first day, and €50 per day thereafter.
- In the event of an outright loss of a rental, you will be charged the full retail price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the rental start date are non-refundable and will incur the full cost of the rental.
For rentals booked within 48 hours of the start date:
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of booking are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours after booking are non-refundable.
DAMAGE / LOSS FEE
- You agree that if any part of the product is permanently damaged, you are fully responsible for the cost of repair (handled by The Rental Studio).
- You may also be liable for any or all replacement costs of the item.
- These costs may be charged to your credit card.
- Once the full retail cost is paid, you will have the option to keep the product.
CLEANING & CARE POLICY

Dry cleaning is included in the rental price.
- Do not attempt to clean the item yourself, as certain fabrics require specialist care handled by professional cleaners.
- If your rental becomes stained or damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible.
- You agree not to iron the garment or use safety pins, as these may cause damage.
- You must ensure all fake tan is completely dry before wearing the garment.
- Do not spray perfume directly onto the item, as this may cause discoloration.
